Care

If possible, avoid washing wool. Washing processes wear out and change the structure of wool fibers, so we do not recommend frequent washing. We recommend hand washing with caution, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. NOTE! Do not wash in a washing machine, even if it has a special hand or wool program. Use only detergents designed for wool. Remember to use the same water temperature during washing and rinsing. Avoid prolonged soaking, rubbing, or wringing of wool. Gentle dry cleaning is permitted. Do not bleach, iron, spin dry, tumble dry, or dry on a radiator, as wool may shrink and felt. We recommend drying horizontally. Wool products are characterized by the constant presence of loose fibers. Before use, it is recommended to remove loose fibers from the surface of the product (airing, shaking), and during use, the product can be gently brushed with a soft-bristled brush. Avoid excessive soiling of the product. Avoid direct contact of the pile with heated surfaces (e.g., radiators). Wool products have a distinctive odor – it is recommended to air the product until the odor diminishes.

We recommend hand washing with particular care, at a maximum temperature of 30°C, do not bleach, do not iron, do not spin, do not tumble dry, dry horizontally, gentle dry cleaning allowed.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
