We ship children's books in English via courier companies InPost and DPD. They guarantee fast and timely delivery to any destination in Poland, on the next business day between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
International shipping is via DHL and may take 2-5 business days.

Returns and complaints about children's books in English
Customers have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving their order of English books for children . If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a cash refund. In exceptional cases where the returns deadline has passed, please contact us by email – we will try to propose a satisfactory solution.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, still have all tags attached (if any were attached by the manufacturer), and must be unwashed. It must also be returned in its original packaging along with a completed returns form.
To make a return, please complete the form and include it with your shipment. If you are unable to print the form, please provide the required information by hand.

If your return is approved, we will immediately transfer the funds to the account number you provided or issue a voucher for the specified amount to be used in our store (depending on the option selected on the form). We reserve 14 days to process the return.

We immediately report the matter to the manufacturer of the damaged item and follow their instructions.
