How to optimize the performance of your new companion:
The vessel should be preheated/cooled: fill with boiling/cold water, close the lid, and let it sit for at least 30 seconds. Open the lid and empty it.
Fill the thermos with a very hot/cold food.
Fill the container completely: Insulation efficiency is best when the container is full.
Once the container is full, close the lid quickly and tightly to reduce heat/cold loss.
Do not open the bento box before the meal: each opening causes loss of heat/cold.
Before tasting, stir food to ensure uniform temperature.

Delivery:
We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.
The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.
We also ship orders on delivery.
Returns:
The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.
We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
