Although all Maison Balzac linen pieces are machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle, we recommend hand washing with a gentle detergent as these are precious pieces!

Do not bleach.

Do not use fabric softener.

Wash dark colours separately.

Do not unscrew.

Line dry or tumble dry at low temperature.

Remove while still moist.

Steam iron on the “linen” setting.

Delivery:

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

We also ship orders on delivery.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
