DESCRIPTION

Nanchen dolls have been lovingly handcrafted in North Hesse since 1983.

In the early 1980s, founders Nana and Peter Sendke couldn't find the high-quality dolls they wanted for their children. So, they began creating their own dolls, inspired by Waldorf educational dolls.

Soon after their initial attempts, thanks to their rich crafting experience, a colourful world of unique Nanchen dolls began to develop.

To this day, Nanchen Natur remains true to its roots and carefully refines modern designs. It now employs 15 staff, working from home or in a small, family-run factory. Nanchen dolls are hand-stuffed, and their faces are hand-painted, giving each doll a unique character.

Making Nanchen dolls requires a lot of time and craftsmanship, which seems somewhat at odds with our incredibly fast-paced times. However, we are convinced that the time and care invested in producing these unique products make them stand out and give them a touch of magic.

Nanchen Natur products are made almost 100% from raw materials from controlled organic cultivation. Nanchen dolls are filled with Bioland-Virgin sheep wool from Germany.

Composition

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery:

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

We also ship orders on delivery.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
