Ecocert Cosmos is a pan-European certification for organic cosmetics, used in over 45 countries. Cosmos, the authority behind the label, verifies that ingredients are grown responsibly and environmentally friendly. In order for cosmetic products to receive the Ecocert Cosmos Organic label, the following requirements must be met:

At least 95% of the plants it contains are of organic origin.

A minimum of 20% organic ingredients are present throughout the formula (10% for rinse-off products).

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
