Anna + Nina jewelry is handmade and therefore delicate. To ensure your piece stays like new, please treat it with care.

Avoid wearing jewelry while exercising. Any plated item is susceptible to scratching. For enameled or plated items, avoid scratching them on hard surfaces.

Don\u0026#39;t wear jewelry in the shower, pool, or spa. Chlorine is very damaging to jewelry and can cause it to crack. Moisture can also cause oxidation, so clean the item with a dry cloth if it has been stored or exposed to liquids. Pearls, for example, are porous and—even when removed from water—don\u0026#39;t like moisture.

Remove your jewelry when using any harsh chemicals as they may affect the shine and color of your item.

Put your jewelry on last. Makeup, perfume, hair products, and lotions can damage it.

Clean your jewelry. For gold-plated and silver items, use a soft, dry cloth; do not use any liquids. We strongly recommend removing all jewelry before bed to prolong its lifespan.

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
