100% cashmere Care: Natural wool fibers are self-cleaning, so airing your HOLMM sweater is usually enough. Frequent washing is harmful to the garment and the environment. Water waste is important not only in the production process but also for the consumer. To minimize waste and maintain the longevity of your HOLMM, we suggest washing only when necessary. We recommend a gentle wool wash at 30 degrees on a special washing machine cycle. It\u0026#39;s worth knowing that wool fibers are particularly sensitive to high temperatures and sudden changes in water temperature. If your washing machine has a delicate wool program, this is preferable to hand washing. Cashmere should not be soaked or tumble dried. For garments requiring gentle cleaning, we recommend using a special soap for delicate fabrics or wool. Never use biological/enzymatic detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, or soap containing bleach. Avoid putting any cashmere item in the dryer. High temperatures, from a dryer or even an iron, will destroy the natural properties of the fibers.

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
