The glass from Australian brand Maison Balzac is hand-blown and as such may vary slightly in shape, size and colour. These variations are part of the inherent charm of handmade products and should not be considered a fault. Any irregularities that may occur will never affect the overall aesthetics of the product or impede its intended use.

Delivery:
We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.
The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.
We also ship orders on delivery.
Returns:
The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.
We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
