Slight irregularities in the fibers, weave and color are a natural feature of the hand-made process and reflect its unique character.

Care:

Always treat your Lorna Murray hat with care.

When not wearing, store it flat or with the brim folded.

Avoid pulling hard on the brim – this may damage it.

If the hat gets wet, dry it away from direct sunlight.

Use a soft brush and mild detergent to remove dust and stains.

Do not crush or bend the grass fibers in your hands.

To extend the life of your hat, do not leave it folded for long periods of time.

Delivery:

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

We also ship orders on delivery.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
