Educational cards

NANUKI Movement Cards are an educational tool for children aged 2 to 7 that develops fine motor skills. The set consists of 30 cards with simple, engaging instructions, such as "spin like a tornado" or "stretch like a cat," and original illustrations.

How to use?

Revealing cards from the deck

A shuffled deck of cards is placed face down on a table or on the floor. The child takes the top card, turns it over, and places it next to it. The parent reads the instructions below the illustration (or the child, if they can), and the children follow them.

Drawing machine

A deck of cards is spread face down on a table or floor. The child draws a single card, turns it over, and sets it aside. The parent or child reads the instructions, and then the child carries them out.

Did you know that…

We choose or randomly select one card from the deck and then turn it over. We examine the illustration to see what new things we'll learn today. For example, when we draw an elephant, we can place it on a world map to learn where it lives. We can look it up in an animal atlas, print out a NANUKI coloring book, or research its diet. Finally, we can find out why it's so heavy-footed.

Puns

You can easily use the Movement Cards as puns! Each child draws one card so that the other players can't see it. Then, they try to show what's on the card with gestures, without saying a word.
