How to play:
The game contains 7 families: felines, cephalopods, beetles, sharks, snakes, birds, primates, and each of them consists of 6 numbered animal cards.
Before starting the game, players can look at the 7 family cards to learn the names of the animals. The cards can be left on the table during the game for ease of use.
Deal 6 cards to each player and place the rest in a pile.
The youngest player starts and asks the chosen player for a card.
For example: I would like card number 5 from the shark family. The player could also use the name of an animal from the family card: I would like a hammerhead shark from the shark family (number 5).
A player can only request a card from a given family if he or she already has a card from that family.
If the player who is asked for a card has it, they must surrender it. The player taking the turn may ask for another card again until the chosen player has what they are asking for.
If the chosen player doesn't have the requested card, they say "go fish," which means they ask the player to draw a card from the pile. If the card is correct, they say "good shot" and can continue playing, asking for another card. Otherwise, the turn passes to the next player.
When a player completes the entire family, he says "family" aloud and places it in front of him.
Game over:
The player who has the most families in front of them at the end of the game wins.
