Unscrew the lid, remove the straw, and thoroughly wash all parts with warm, soapy water. Use the brushes on the spout and straw to reach hard-to-reach areas. You can also wash the bottle in the dishwasher (top rack), taking care to protect small parts. Make sure all parts are dry before reassembling.
Warnings:
Do not fill with hot beverages (above 45°C) or carbonated liquids. For warm beverages, open the spout carefully to avoid spillage due to pressure buildup. Do not freeze the bottle to avoid structural damage.

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.
The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Returns:
The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.
