When the Pura brand was founded in the United States in 2008, it was ahead of its time. Antiseptic stainless steel was in no way associated with feeding babies and toddlers. However, the company's founders refused to give up, knowing that steel was safer, more economical, and better for the environment than plastic.
They continued their search for the perfect solution, listening to parents, among others, to create the best possible product. The result? In 2012, Pura won 14 independent awards, including recognition from pediatricians and the US House of Representatives. In 2016, the Pura bottle was NON-TOXIC CERTIFIED by MadeSafe.
