Ewa and Andrzej Pająk founded their business on a passion for sports and resourcefulness. They are the first post-war generation of Polish private entrepreneurship. They didn't wait for the fall of communism. In an era of chronic scarcity, in 1983, they decided to take matters into their own hands. Together, they guided the company through four decades of turbulent times of transformation, crisis, and prosperity, eventually introducing the next generation of the Pająk family to the business.
From the very beginning, the mission of the Pajak brand, originating from the Beskid Mountains, has been to create products that are lightweight and provide optimal thermal protection, thanks to which everyone can feel safe and comfortable, while pushing the boundaries of their own abilities.
