While on vacation in Southeast Asia, Natalie and Max realized that old-school wrist and ankle weights were in desperate need of innovation and decided to design a stylish weighted band that would enhance the benefits of almost any workout. The result is, among other things, the incredibly elegant Bala bracelet: a silicone band available in countless colors and two different weight options that can be worn on the wrist or ankle.
