Care:

Merino wool does not require frequent washing. It does not absorb odors. To refresh it, just air it out.

Gang Tales clothes are made of Total Easy Care yarn. Thanks to this, you can wash them in the washing machine, even at 40 degrees and tumble dry at low temperature.

However, like all the clothes in your wardrobe, they will last longer when washed at a low temperature.

Use a good quality wool detergent with lanolin. Avoid fabric softener.

Do not leave wet laundry in the washing machine.

Don\u0026amp;#39;t dry clothes in the sun, it\u0026amp;#39;s harmful.

Merino wool dries very quickly.

Iron clothes inside out.

Don\u0026amp;#39;t worry about the sweater balls. This is pilling - a natural process of wool. Use a sweater shaver. Remember to do it gently, on a flat surface.

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

We also ship orders on delivery.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
