Care:

Always handle your Lorna Murray product with care.

When not wearing, store the hat flat or with the brim rolled up.

Pulling too hard on the brim of your hat can cause it to tear. Always handle your hat gently.

If the hat gets wet, dry it away from direct sunlight.

You can use a soft brush and mild detergent to remove dust and other stains.

Do not crush or bend the grass fibers in your hand.

To extend the life of your handmade item, avoid leaving it squashed for long periods of time.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery:

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

We also ship orders on delivery.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
