Care:

Washing is harmful to both clothing and the environment. Water waste is important not only in the production process but also for the consumer. To minimize waste and maintain the durability of HOLMM. clothing, we recommend washing only when necessary.

If your washing machine has a delicate wool program, it\u0026#39;s a better option than hand washing. Washing machines maintain a stable temperature, preventing clothes from getting soaked, and a very gentle spin within the wash cycle helps remove excess water. All of this makes for a more gentle and consistent way to clean clothes than by hand. For woolen knits, we recommend the delicate wool program at 30 degrees Celsius, and for cotton items, at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius.

Avoid placing any HOLMM products in the dryer. The high temperatures from a dryer or even an iron will damage the natural fibers and ruin your clothes prematurely. For best results, simply let your garment air dry.

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
