Otherwise, wash the sweater very gently by hand in lukewarm water at a temperature of MAX 20°. DO NOT SOAK! The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.
