Mini product delivery

We ship mini u products via InPost and DPD courier companies. They guarantee fast and timely delivery to any destination in Poland, on the next business day between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
International shipping is via DHL and may take 2-5 business days.
The parcels are insured, thanks to which we ensure safe delivery by couriers of mini u products.

Orders to countries outside the European Union may incur additional fees (customs duties, VAT) on the recipient's side. As the sender, we are not responsible for these fees.

Returns and complaints about mini u products

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving their mini u order. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a cash refund. In exceptional cases where the returns deadline has passed, please contact us by email – we will try to propose a satisfactory solution.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, still have all tags attached (if any were attached by the manufacturer), and must be unwashed. It must also be returned in its original packaging along with a completed returns form.
To make a return, please complete the form and include it with your shipment. If you are unable to print the form, please provide the required information by hand.

If your return is approved, we will immediately transfer the funds to the account number you provided or issue a voucher for the specified amount to be used in our store (depending on the option selected on the form). We reserve 14 days to process the return.

To make a complaint about a defective product, please contact us by email at kontakt@bebeconcept.pl - Please attach the completed complaint form and photos showing the defect.
We immediately report the matter to the manufacturer of the damaged item and follow their instructions.
