The history of the Majolika Nieborów brand dates back to 1881, when Prince Michał Piotr – a positivist, philanthropist and patron of the arts, following the example of his ancestors, opened the "Factory of Artistic Faience and Stove Tiles", managed by an experienced ceramist brought from Nevers – Stanisław Thiele.

After various historical upheavals, a ceramics workshop was established in 1988, led by Teresa Szałowska, and later by Krystyna Marek Andrzejewska. It produced copies of antique vessels, as well as decorative and souvenir items. In 2017, the Three Trumpets Foundation assumed patronage over the workshop, creating objects made using the majolica technique, with a unique aesthetic that combines elements of Nieborów ornamentation and design with modern trends in applied art. The designs, casting, firing, hand-glazing, and decoration are executed with meticulous care and exceptional attention to detail, equaling the mastery of their predecessors. Each product—vessels, trinkets, and tiles—is stamped with the trademark of the original factory (MPR with a princely mitre, est. 1881), with the inscription "Majolica Nieborów," and signed with the initials of the artists.
